The split systems of all AUX series are designed for room cooling, heating, drainage and ventilation. The cooling function can work at temperatures from +15 to +43 degrees, and the heating function is greater than 0.

Air conditioning works but does not cool

Error E3 most often appears after 5-10 minutes of split system operation. This may be due to:

Failures of individual models
In addition to the typical indicators, there are many error codes specific to a particular air conditioner model. The AUX split systems of the ALHi, ALCa and ALCe models have additional decoding of the error codes that appear.
The E6 code can have different meanings depending on the types of divided systems. For three-phase outdoor units of air conditioners with an index of 36 and above (an exception is only 36A4 model), this indicator indicates rephasing or undervoltage in the system.
For outdoor units in separate systems with a pressure sensor with a rating of 30 or higher, this error code indicates low pressure in the system.
In cassette type blocks, an error code E4 indicates an accident in draining the air conditioner. In addition to this indicator, a yellow timer LED flashes on the device housing, the E2 indicator indicates that the copper temperature sensor is open and there is no signal.
In case of Aux air conditioner malfunctions, no signal is displayed on the panel, and only indirect signs indicate malfunctions. If the split system continues to operate, but the yellow timer LED flashes on the housing (2 times), this indicates a problem with the condenser temperature sensor.
If the timer LED flashes green on a working air conditioner and no ID is displayed on the screen, it indicates that the defrost mode of the outdoor unit has started. Also on AUX air conditioners, a timer LED flashing 4 times every 8 seconds indicates a power failure.
If a malfunction is detected, disconnect the device from the power supply to prevent accidental malfunction. If you turn on the unit half an hour after turning it off and the air conditioner does not recover, it is recommended to contact the Aux service center.
